Barista / Front of House member at mei mei, Borough Market

£13.15 p/h Mon-Sun

We are looking for an energetic, fast-working, friendly individual who can work on our Front Section at mei mei. You must be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn new skills. You’re responsibilities will include:

  • Making kopi / teh / drinks (training provided)

  • Speaking and advising customers of our digital ordering system, answering questions about our offering

  • Setting up, and clearing down your section

  • Organising, completing and taking orders from your team leader

Ideal applicants will have previous experience in hospitality, have Level 2 Health and Safety in Food Certificate (we can provide training), able to work one day of the weekend for a shift.

Chefs - (Sous / Kitchen Porter / Prep Chef / Line Cook) at mei mei, Borough Market

Starting at £13.15 p/h + Mon-Sun

We are looking for an energetic, fast-working, friendly individual who can work as a kitchen team member. You must be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn new skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and completing orders/tasks from your team leader efficiently with a high-level of detail

  • Using our digital safety software and completing health and safety in food checks

  • Setting up, and clearing down your section

Ideal applicants will have previous experience in hospitality, have Level 2 Health and Safety in Food Certificate (we can provide training), able to work one day of the weekend for a shift.
